Instrumentation Technologies awarded a Hidden Champion certificate

Instrumentation Technologies was awarded a Hidden Champion certificate at the two-day ‘Hidden Champions in CEE and Dynamically Changing Environments’ conference held in Vienna, Austria on 17–18 November 2011 at the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber.

CEEMAN International Management Development Association, in cooperation with IEDC-Bled School of Management and the Austrian Federal Chamber of Commerce (WKO), award Hidden Champion certificates to highly innovative, differentiated and specialized small-to-medium-size companies holding lead market positions in their field internationally.
The keynote speaker, Prof Hermann Simon, Chairman Emeritus of Simon Kucher & Partners, and the author of the bestselling book Hidden Champions of the 21st Century, pointed out that he initially thought that Hidden Champions were a typical phenomenon in German-speaking countries; now, also based on CEE Hidden Champions research, he is convinced that this is, in fact, a global phenomenon.
Hidden Champions are big contributors to decentralization in an economy and should become key drivers of economic progress.
