Libera Hadron is designed for high resolution single-bunch position measurements on circular machines. High resolution position and charge measurements at different cross-sections are provided in order to study the beam dynamics during different phases of acceleration.

The averaged position measurements at fast acquisition rate (typically 10 kHz) are available over a dedicated GbE stream in order to implement fast feedback orbit correction. The individual bunch position measurements can be further processed and applied as low latency RF output in order to damp coupled bunch instabilities.
